Once we receive your updated resume, we’ll schedule a 15-minute discovery call to learn more about what you’re seeking and to find the best matching job opportunities.

⦁ We’ll assign any necessary proficiency testing and provide you with agreements to sign via Relias.

⦁ If we determine that we’re a good match, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to upload all the required paperwork, such as vaccines, physical exams, certifications, licenses, references, etc.

⦁ If you’re missing any physical exams, vaccines, color blindness tests, or mask fit tests, we’ll arrange for you to visit Concentra or a nearby clinic to complete them. We typically cover the costs for these, with a signed agreement that you’ll commit to either a four-day assignment or a travel assignment, depending on what you’re looking for.

⦁ We’ll handle all necessary verifications, including education, references, and licenses.

⦁ Once everything is completed, you’ll receive a welcome letter with your contract information and benefits package, as discussed during the discovery call.

⦁ Finally, we’ll have a call to review hospital regulations and final expectations as a representative of the company.

⦁ We’ll check in with you weekly or send random texts to ensure we stay connected.
